I am proud to work directly as your consultant!
17 years of experience in HR leadership, operational and specialized HR roles gives me a unique perspective working with a variety of clients in different industries. Prior to starting in HR consulting 6 years ago, I served as internal HR for a Fortune 500 retailer and employee and labor relations for a large Oregon university.
Our hardworking small businesses and local non-profits continue to inspire me to do this work. As your HR partner, you’ll experience caring honesty in the best interest of you and your employees.
I enjoy being part of my community in SW Portland Metro. You can usually find me riding my bike around town with my 2 daughters and husband, visiting our local favorite spots like Araceli’s Cocina and the Sherwood farmers market, or walking our pup Charlie.
